CWC-2024 will be an onsite conference that is going to be held from May 29-31, 2024 at Dubrovnik, Croatia gathering influential scientists, top researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals and students across different cancer therapeutic and research areas.

We provide a prestigious venue with excellent conference facilities, best catering and refreshments, and an efficient organizing team which takes care of registration, program and the general running of events during the meeting.

Cancer World Congress is a non-sponsored and self-supported series of conferences. The organizing committee members have no financial conflict of interest with the managing company.

Please read the following instructions and guidelines before returning your completed conference registration form:

Presentation slots are limited and early booking is always advisable.

The registration to the conference is mandatory to be enabled to attend the sessions and to present your own paper as per the schedule.

A confirmation email will be sent automatically once the payment for a registration has been completed online.

Registration fee does not include Accommodation, Transport and City tour.

Registration Includes:

  • Access to all Scientific Sessions, Poster sessions, Exhibitions.
  • Access to the welcome cocktail party and closing ceremony.
  • Conference Materials (ID card, Book, Pen, Water bottle).
  • Lunch, tea / coffee breaks during the conference days.
  • Certificate Accreditation from the Organizing Committee (Digital/Printed).
  • Access to the attendees’ email list (post conference).
  • Free online access to the conference proceedings.
  • WiFi in meeting rooms.

Poster Presentation Includes:

  • Includes all mentioned registration features.
  • Poster cards with number will be placed on the poster hall before one hour of the session start.
  • Each participant will be provided with a 1-meter x 1-meter poster presenting area and mounting pins / stick-tape. Participants are responsible for mounting their posters during the presentation and in removing them as soon as the session ends.
  • Best Poster awards will be announced during the closing ceremony of the conference.

Accommodation Details:

Accommodation for the conference is available at the conference venue (HOTEL CROATIA CAVTAT).

  • You can book your room directly with the hotel. (OR) You may book nearby Hotels as per your convenience.

Please note that the organizers only facilitate booking for the conference venue hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations should be made in writing.
  • Before 90 days of the conference will receive a full refund of registration charges only, less a EUR100 towards administrative fee.
  • Accommodation charges are not refundable at any point of time.
  • The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
  • Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference
  • The speakers after their attendance of the conference and prevailing all its benefits are not applicable for the refund policy.


  • The check-in time will be at 12 pm and check-out will be at 10 am.
  • Accommodation rate includes full breakfast buffet and other services provided by the Hotel.
  • Accommodation package only includes room rent charges and rest all incidentals/ Additional room services would be charged extra.
  • Registration benefits are not applicable to the accompanying person.
